An evening of short video-making, pizza, drinks and a talk from some firefighters – to build the campaign to free our unions from anti-union laws

To build the ‘Free Our Unions’ campaign we will be making a series of short videos in which workers and campaigners talk about what the anti-trade union laws mean for them, their colleagues, their comrades and their struggles – and why it is so important to fight them.

On the evening of Friday 29 March, Lambeth Unison and The Clarion are hosting an evening where you can come along and be filmed. Careful pre-preparation, just turning up and venting, or anything in between is fine.

Free pizza and cheap drinks will be on hand, and lots of other trade union and socialist activists to talk to. It seems likely we’ll go to the pub after.

We’ll also hear a short talk from firefighter/FBU activists Riccardo La Torre and Cameron Matthews.
